So, today good workout at the gym just like yesterday. Still I keep getting different readings from all my pedometers. Treadmill says one thing, pedometer watch says another, and my iPod pedometer says another. WTF is up with that!?!?
Anyway, as previously stated, I have 4 races, two 5k, and one 10k, and one half marathon. Woohoo! Much training needed. I need to push myself a little harder which is what I have been doing.
And I have a Triathlon in July! This triathlon is for women of all shapes and sizes which is marvelous! You go gals!
I contacted a triathlon coach today to see if they have space for me to join the Tri4Training Triathlon Womens Club. Only spaces they have open is the Olympic Training Level 1 which is awesome. She asked me a bunch of questions and now I am just now waiting to hear back. I’ll learn to swim finally, pro swim. I am terrified of the water! Once I can not feel the ground or sand I go into panic mode.
So, I will be training in Running, Cycling, and Swimming!
The coach asked if I was willing to join them in competing in the Danskin Womens Triathlon!
I totally killed my calories by eating some pringles least they were Light hahahahaha
