once back from vacation, I will be buying this bike! I’m excited. I haven’t had a bike since I was in like 7th grade. But, I would like to do a triathlon sometime in the future and perhaps a half ironman or the whatever. I don’t need an expensive bike or anything of the works, just something good and sturdy. I’ll be riding a lone since Dan isn’t into riding, but once he sees me riding maybe he will want one too! Or he can run and I’ll ride beside him or whatever. I can see what he means, meaning we enjoy running and our races are well, all running courses with strength.

Todays workout was great! I actually wasn’t Shy and I started to use different machines ha. Go figure. My favorite machine is the Leg Press so far. You can actually feel it working and you can see what muscles it’s triggering and how your legs will look once you’re fully toned and fit etc.
So I did 10 minutes on that stair stepper machine on 100 strength (which is the highest it goes), 20 minutes leg press
.45 miles treadmill
And back to the stair stepper for 5 minutes.

Tomorrow, back to leg press, stair stepper, treadmill, and some upper body stuff. Machines look so complicated though ha.

I will be joining the Tri Girl Training Club. Excited. Pricey. But worth it.
There is the triathlon that I would like to sign up for in July but, I’m not sure I will be ready by July to compete in that triathlon :( unless I can get some swimming lessons before July. But, I WILL be signing up for the Danskin Womens Triathlon which is in September. The coach said for me to sign up and that and we start training in early September for the Danskin Triathlon.

So, after being asked to compete and join in the Danskin Womens Triahlon in September, I decided my answer would be YES!!! 

I also will be joining the Tri4Girls Triathlon Training Club to get my training on in swimming, cycling, and running! For 3 months and then I will be training with them for the Danskin Triathlon in Sandy Hook NJ in September, which means I will have friends to go with me! Thank goodness!

I still want to do the Philadelphia Womens Triathlon. I am trying to find recreational parks and venues that have swimming pools and lessons so I can be ready to compete in Julys Triathlon!

Triathlon training club

So, today good workout at the gym just like yesterday. Still I keep getting different readings from all my pedometers. Treadmill says one thing, pedometer watch says another, and my iPod pedometer says another. WTF is up with that!?!?

Anyway, as previously stated, I have 4 races, two 5k, and one 10k, and one half marathon. Woohoo! Much training needed. I need to push myself a little harder which is what I have been doing.

And I have a Triathlon in July! This triathlon is for women of all shapes and sizes which is marvelous! You go gals!

I contacted a triathlon coach today to see if they have space for me to join the Tri4Training Triathlon Womens Club. Only spaces they have open is the Olympic Training Level 1 which is awesome. She asked me a bunch of questions and now I am just now waiting to hear back. I’ll learn to swim finally, pro swim. I am terrified of the water! Once I can not feel the ground or sand I go into panic mode.
So, I will be training in Running, Cycling, and Swimming!
The coach asked if I was willing to join them in competing in the Danskin Womens Triathlon!

I totally killed my calories by eating some pringles least they were Light hahahahaha
