Been MIA I know! Just been busy with errands and seeing my folks and getting ready for vacation! I have been eating healthy and having protein shakes everyday as well as my Detox powder. Yummy! Yeah right, but I am making it a habit. I haven’t noticed any major changes with the detox but I am going regularly which I guess is ok? But there are some slight minor changes maybe I just need more time on it. And plus, I’m not taking it twice a day as I’m suppose to, maybe that’s why!
I have been working on my abs everyday. I know it’s not necessary, but it makes me feel better. I have been doing planks, lunges, and crunches everyday. Dan and I haven’t gone to the gym since we joined well because he’s been in Miami and just got back on Monday and now we leave next week. We want to start a week where we go 5 days straight with weekends to toss in a 3-8 mile hike and 3 hour kayak ride.
Not completely sure if we will be doing the race on the 16th which is only a 5k but who knows, I think we will do it. We will see. Why not right? We do have quite a few obstacle races coming up, Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, Mud Run for MS, and the Tough Mudder. So the 5k should be a piece of cake since our last race, the Spartan Race that we did in the beginning of the month.
